Recruitment allows SWE to bring new members into our community and to give a glimpse of who we are as an organization. We start off the recruitment season with some of our tried-and-true events, such as the Ice Cream Social, Resume Review and many more. Retainment initiatives and events bring SWE members together to build strong bonds while just having fun! Socials are not only a great way to take a break from the pressures of classes and projects, but to feel more connected to other women in the engineering community. We truly have retainment events/socials  for everyone, with past events ranging from high-energy Bubble Soccer, outdoorsy Kayaking, a family system, and relaxed Movie Nights. With all of these great events, we strive to help our members make some SWEet friends while enjoying themselves.
