Membership Council was a program developed in 2019 that helped women engineers develop their leadership skills and explore their passions through designing and implementing their own projects. Recently, this program has been renamed to Project SWE while the fundamental structures of Membership Council have been kept in place. You can visit our Project SWE section to learn more about what we do, as it is very similar to Membership Council but adjusted slightly to even better serve our members.
